What should I do if I notice a reporting discrepancy?

There are two common types of discrepancies: inventory discrepancies and ad discrepancies.

As soon as you notice a discrepancy between GumGum's numbers and your numbers, please reach out to your dedicated account manager or support@gumgum.com.

Please provide the following in your initial email:
  • Specify whether the discrepancy is with your inventory or ad impression numbers
  • Attach browser type reporting of your ad or inventory impression numbers broken out by zone/domain
  • Time zone and date information for the provided reporting
  • Summary of your current implementation
    • If S2S, please send a sample bid request as well
