As soon as you notice a discrepancy between GumGum's numbers and your numbers, please reach out to your dedicated account manager or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please provide the following in your initial email:
- Specify whether the discrepancy is with your inventory or ad impression numbers
- Attach browser type reporting of your ad or inventory impression numbers broken out by zone/domain
- Time zone and date information for the provided reporting
- Summary of your current implementation
- If S2S, please send a sample bid request as well
